{"id":5329,"date":"2021-01-05T16:53:59","date_gmt":"2021-01-05T21:53:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mrm.research.mcgill.ca\/2021\/01\/coming-soon-the-micm-researchmatch-program\/"},"modified":"2021-01-07T11:33:08","modified_gmt":"2021-01-07T16:33:08","slug":"a-venir-le-programme-researchmatch-du-micm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mrm.research.mcgill.ca\/fr\/2021\/01\/a-venir-le-programme-researchmatch-du-micm\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c0 venir : le programme ResearchMatch du MiCM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le R\u00e9seau MRM est heureux d&rsquo;annoncer qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;associe \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcgill.ca\/micm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019Initiative McGill pour la m\u00e9decine computationnelle (MiCM)<\/a> pour leur prochaine it\u00e9ration du <strong>Programme ResearchMatch<\/strong> qui vise \u00e0 connecter les chercheurs en sciences de la vie et des domaines cliniques avec des coll\u00e8gues issus des sciences des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Si un projet soumis par un membre du MRM est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour un financement, le R\u00e9seau MRM parrainera le projet et contribuera \u00e0 son financement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La prochaine \u00e9dition du programme sera lanc\u00e9e dans les semaines \u00e0 venir et les d\u00e9tails concernant les dates cl\u00e9s, les crit\u00e8res d&rsquo;\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 et le processus de candidature seront annonc\u00e9s sous peu. Toutes les informations seront disponibles sur les sites web du MiCM et du R\u00e9seau MRM.<\/p>\n<p>En attendant, vous trouverez une courte description du programme ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"block\" style=\"background-color:#edf0f2; padding-top:; padding-bottom:;\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-xs-12\"><div class=\"the_content\">\n<h2>Le programme ResearchMatch du MiCM<\/h2>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser le potentiel de la m\u00e9decine computationnelle \u00e0 McGill, il est n\u00e9cessaire de mieux connecter les chercheurs en sciences de la vie et des domaines cliniques avec des coll\u00e8gues des sciences des donn\u00e9es (p. ex., statistiques, bioinformatique, informatique m\u00e9dicale, science informatique, \u00e9pid\u00e9miologie). Les premiers disposent d\u2019ensembles de donn\u00e9es et de questions int\u00e9ressants, tandis que les seconds peuvent appliquer ou d\u00e9velopper des m\u00e9thodes quantitatives pour trouver des solutions \u00e0 ces questions. Toutefois, les biologistes et les cliniciens-chercheurs ne savent pas n\u00e9cessairement o\u00f9 trouver les personnes ayant les comp\u00e9tences quantitatives ad\u00e9quates et qui aimeraient collaborer et, inversement, les chercheurs en donn\u00e9es ne savent pas n\u00e9cessairement qui a des questions int\u00e9ressantes qu\u2019ils pourraient aider.<\/p>\n<p>Pour faciliter ce type de jumelage, le MiCM propose d\u2019\u00e9laborer le programme ResearchMatch en suivant ces trois \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 1:<\/strong> Les communaut\u00e9s des sciences de la vie et de la recherche clinique de McGill seront consult\u00e9es pour solliciter des soumissions initiales de projets au moyen d\u2019un formulaire de demande (disponible lorsque le concours est ouvert). Des mots cl\u00e9s ainsi qu\u2019un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de haut niveau seront affich\u00e9s sur le site web du MiCM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> La communaut\u00e9 des sciences des donn\u00e9es de McGill sera invit\u00e9e \u00e0 examiner la liste des projets par l\u2019entremise du site web du MiCM, de communiquer avec les dirigeants de projets et, s\u2019il y a un int\u00e9r\u00eat commun, d\u2019\u00e9laborer une proposition de projet conjointe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Les propositions de projet conjointes seront soumises, examin\u00e9es et un certain nombre de projets seront s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour financement.<br \/>\nL\u2019enveloppe de financement pour chaque projet sera modeste (10-50K) et sera limit\u00e9e aux fonds n\u00e9cessaires pour planifier, organiser et analyser les donn\u00e9es (pas de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de donn\u00e9es). La dur\u00e9e du projet peut aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un an.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des projets qui seront financ\u00e9s au cours de la premi\u00e8re phase de ce programme, le MiCM utilisera \u00e9galement la liste des projets soumis pour \u00e9laborer un programme de stagiaires. L\u2019id\u00e9e est que, pour les projets \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle, il pourrait \u00eatre suffisant d\u2019avoir un \u00e9tudiant travaillant sous la supervision du chercheur principal du projet et un scientifique principal des donn\u00e9es, sans l\u2019exigence d\u2019une collaboration formelle \u00e9tablie. Dans ce cas, l\u2019enveloppe de financement couvrirait une allocation d\u2019\u00e9tudiant.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div
