2021 MRM Talks

The MRM Network launches the 2021 MRM Talks. Starting this month, join us every fourth Thursday at noon to learn more about stem cells and regenerative medicine. The webinar series will feature leading scientists in the field, including MRM PI’s and external guest speakers.

For each seminar, we will also highlight the work of one MRM Trainee, who will present alongside our guest speaker.

We want to hear from you, and we welcome your suggestions for speakers! If you are interested in hosting an invited speaker, please get in touch with us .

Save the date for our first event: February 25th at 12 pm.

Dr. Thomas Durcan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery at the Neuro at McGill and Associate Director of the Early Drug Discovery Unit (EDDU), will kick off the 2021 MRM Talks with his seminar, “From patients to organoids: Modelling disorders of the brain through stem cells.” He will be joined by Maria Castellanos, PhD Candidate at the EDDU.

Registration is required.
