Transcriptional Regulation of Impaired Neurogenesis in the X-Linked Intellectual Disability, BFLS

This project aims to unravel the full spectrum of PHF6 function in the developing brain and specifically in pathologically relevant models to gain a better understanding of how different mutations alter neural stem cell fate and neurogenesis. Diverse experiments include scRNA seq and multiomic analyses of different BFLS mice cortices at the defined developmental timelines, analysis of cell fate.
