Biography:

Dr. Iatridis is Professor and Vice Chair for Research in the Leni and Peter W. May Department of Orthopaedics at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. Dr. Iatridis joined Mount Sinai in 2010 to drive his spine research in translational directions. Dr. Iatridis serves as Vice Chair for Reseach of Orthopaedics and the Director of the Spine Research Program of the Mount Sinai Health System. Dr. Iatridis graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a B.A. in Physics, and then completed his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. from Columbia University in Mechanical Engineering. He spent nearly 15 years at University of Vermont as faculty member in the School of Engineering (Mechanical & Biomedical Engineering) with secondary appointment in the Department of Orthopaedics.
