MRM ELSI Journal Club: the 14-day rule

Meet the MRM ELSI Committee on zoom on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at 6 PM for a Journal Club where we will discuss the 14-day rule which limits embryo research to the first two weeks of development. We will explore both sides of the topic from the moral status of an embryo to how extending the limit may help save lives and further gene-editing techniques. We will present two papers below that examine opposite views on the 14-day rule debate and are looking forward to a productive discussion with other MRM trainees and PIs. Don’t miss this event!
