Stem Cells from the Sofa Speaker Series: Dr. Véronique Moulin

In this installment of the Stem Cells from the Sofa speaker series: Dr Véronique Moulin, Professor at Université Laval and Director of Regenerative Medicine Division of the Research Center of the CHU de Quebec, is leading a Stem Cell Network funded clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy of Skin Substitutes reconstructed using tissue engineering methods. During the last few months, Dr Moulin’s team have continued to produce Skin Substitutes despite the pandemic but following public health rules. Here, Dr. Moulin will present the latest results obtained since the trial started in her talk entitled, “Treating burn patients despite COVID pandemic and social distancing”.

The Stem Cells from the Sofa speaker talks are 20 minutes in length, followed by a Q&A session that is open to all attendees. Intended audience: scientists, trainees and research professionals.
