ThéCell Héma-Québec Symposium: Together for Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine

Online

Héma-Québec and ThéCell are joining forces to invite you to the Together for Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine” symposium (Ensemble pour la thérapie cellulaire et la médecine régénératrice), which will be held on September 22, 2023.

Researchers and physicians working in cell therapy are collaborating to find ways to harness the natural power of cells to enhance their potential for transplantation. Through their multiplication, cells could “educate” the immune system, teaching it to recognize and eliminate viruses, detect malignant cells, or repair sick cells, potentially curing certain diseases.

This symposium represents the perfect opportunity to define the local and international landscape of cell therapy and regenerative medicine here and elsewhere and to ask ourselves some questions to establish a common vision for the future of cell therapy and regenerative medicine in Quebec:

  • What is the future of cell therapy?
  • What is the role of regenerative medicine in Quebec?
  • What are the opportunities and challenges?
  • How should we prepare for it?
