SCN – How to Lead and Engage High-Performing Multi-Generational Teams

Online

In today’s dynamic research environment, building high-performing teams that deliver impactful results is essential. Engaged individuals are more productive, and recognizing the diverse generational identities within our workforce is key to achieving this goal.

This highly interactive workshop, brought to you by the Stem Cell Network‘s (SCN) Early Career Researcher Committee and Cystic Fibrosis Canada, and presented by Optimus SBR, will begin with an overview of the different generations and how the generational identities translate into behaviours in the workplace, as it relates to loyalty, authority, work styles and leadership styles. The discussion will include the evolving workplace reality and explore how to demonstrate organizational engagement. By the end of the session, each participant will receive engagement tips and the top five leadership and collaboration strategies that can be immediately implemented.
